SIGAS SGS-200 EAF gas analysis system can accurately measure the temperature and flow rate of the furnace gas, as well as the components of CO, CO2, H2, O2, H2O, and CH4 in the furnace gas. It uses the collected information and its own control model to analyze, judge, and control the smelting process. Based on the actual combustion situation of the boiler, the mutual influence between flue gas CO and operating conditions, as well as high-temperature corrosion, is obtained. Based on online monitoring of flue gas CO concentration, a high-temperature corrosion online monitoring system is designed, to fulfill further combustion optimization.

The SIGAS CCS-100 Testing Workstation can accommodate the necessary number of specific-functional components (or module cores) in a sealed chamber. This chamber is equipped with customized batch tooling and fixtures. By filling the box with the specified atmospheric gases, the CCS-100 workstation is able to dynamically maintain the required concentration of the environment. It can also accurately adjust parameters such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, and others in the chamber. The internal environment of the CCS-100 workstation is controlled to maintain a specified concentration while continuously testing the work-pieces at regular intervals. This ensures that the performance parameters of the final products manufactured in mass production are checked.
