Due the consequent use of this optical principle the systems work without abrasion or chemical reactions and are nearly maintenance free.   As basis the IR principle uses the individual absorption spectrum of the gas to be detected and specifies the concentration by the precise quantitative analysis. Because all measured gases absorb IR radiation in a different spectrum a so called “fingerprint” is given which ensures a selective characterization with less cross sensitivities.   An integrated evaluation electronic delivers finally an easy to use concentration signal and compensates all temperature- and drift effects, which is special good for Gas Emission measurement.

The FLOWEVO / FLOWEVO plus housing is made of aluminum to protect the sensor from mechanical damage and is with fitted with gas line connectors (inlet and outlet) to allow perfusion of the FLOWEVO / FLOWEVO plus  The Case is equipped with a fiber heat isolation to ensure there will be no condensing steam inside the housing at hig environment humidity .

The BASICEVO series as NDIR gas sensor is the optimal solution for all applications in which an ambient air sensor should be reliable and at the same time simple in its handling. The compact design of the gas sensors makes it possible to install them in the smallest housings. 

S-Infra.Sens NDIR gas sensor based on the NDIR technique is an established method to determine the concentrations of gases in complex mixtures. The S-Infra.Sens module uses novel optical components for optimum analysis result. The entire unit can be disassembled for easy maintenance/service. The individual modules are sealed by means of O-ring connections. In order to achieve an optimum adaptation to the required measuring range, the modular design cell lengths can be implemented in the range of 5mm to 250mm. For fast response applications the measuring system delivers a stable result within t90 < 3 seconds @ 1l/min gas flow. The mechanical parts can be built optionally with aluminum or stainless steel. Additionally, the cell wall can be coated with a resistant gold layer, in order to improve the reflection properties for low gas level detection.  

The gas analysis based on the NDUV gas measurement technology is a well-known method to determine the concentration in complex gas mixtures. The S-Ultra.Sens module uses modern optical components to achieve optimized analyzer results. We use a special LED/EDL-Technology in order to get stable radiation emission. The result is a high resolution gas analysis system which can detect gas concentration changes of less than 1ppm .

SIGAS SPM-O2-MODULE III is Paramagnetic oxygen gas measurement sensor, use this Magnetomechanical form, with the 3 seconds fast response time and adjustable of measurement range which can offer high performance measurement data of oxygen. The span calibration can be adjust within 85%-110% of span point, which offer more better linearity. The modules are maintenance-free, have a long lifetime, give a rapid and accurate signal response and are virtually insensitive to other gases. SILAREX - TOC is a high-end infrared gas detection module, which use for Water TOC measurement, that uses the non-dispersive infrared detection technology NDIR to simultaneously detect up to 3 different ranges of carbon dioxide gase, where each range has it‘s own accuracy. The optical structure of the module is designed to be simple, with a robust mechanical structure for easy integration and digital signal processing by a microprocessor. It also integrates temperature and pressure compensation sensors to effectively compensate for detection of interfering signals to achieve high accuracy and stability detection.

The TRANSMITTER EVO, which is Gas Transmitter measurement, is developed for customers for whom their own device development and product is not economical due to small or medium quantities. With the TRANSMITTER EVO, we offer the option of adapting the front foil to suit the customer's design and adjusting the device to his application in the best possible way, using installed sensors from the BASICEVO-series.
