Project design & technical communication

SIGAS has experience of steel industry, petrochemical, environmental protection, electric power, cement, building materials, air separation, and several industrial gas analyzer system, which enable us to offer customized solution for users of different industries, different process points of special requirements. And we hold a good communication with customers to meet requirement.

 

Project Process

SIGAS is responsible for the installation and adjustment of device. We have regional technical service team which is able to offer strict engineering implementation process, to ensure the successful of projects, and the operation of the system.

 

Follow-up and inspection

The localized engineering team brings great convenience for project follow-up services. Beside the gas analyzer system and related services we offered, SIGAS also offer whole life service support .After SIGAS products put into operation, we will make regular or irregular Follow-up visit and inspection, track the operation of system, evaluate the hidden trouble and ensure the stable operation of products.

 

Troubleshooting and maintenance services

After system operation, we offer 24 hours response service, if any problem occurs. We will send local service engineer to on-site as soon as possible to help customer solve the problem if it can not be solved with phone, internet or any remotely way.

 

Technical training

SIGAS offer full-scale training for customers and on-site users, which include analyzer measurement technology, mechanical and electrical description, maintenance knowledge etc. After each project implementation, the technical support engineer will hold on-site training for on-site users. Through the training, users can have a deeper understanding of gas analysis related technology, skilled and operation,maintenance and calibration, so as to ensure users to use our analyzer system better.
