Marine Emissions Monitoring System
EmissionGuard CGC-400 Marine Emissions Monitoring System

To achieve the goal of green ships, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) proposes to reduce carbon emissions and improve ship energy efficiency, with reducing ship carbon emissions as a key management measure.   In order to reduce carbon emissions and eliminate greenhouse gas emissions from international shipping as soon as possible, the IMO has formulated three stages of measures: first, short-term measures to improve the technology and operational efficiency of new and existing ships, and initiate actions to research and develop new technologies such as alternative fuels; The second is mid-term measures, such as introducing alternative low-carbon and zero carbon fuel implementation plans, strengthening technological cooperation and capacity building, etc; The third is long-term measures, introducing zero carbon fuels and encouraging the widespread adoption of possible new emission reduction mechanisms.   During this process, real-time monitoring of ship gas emissions has become a particularly important aspect. Continuous emission detection system can be used.   The continuous emission monitoring system is a complete monitoring equipment composed of analytical instruments and supporting devices used to continuously monitor the concentration and emission amount of particulate and gas pollutants from fixed pollution sources. It is also known as the "continuous emission monitoring system" CEMS. CEMS system can monitor parameters such as SO2, NO2, CO, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. in gases, and can also expand the monitoring of parameters such as VOCs, NH3, CO, CO2, H2S, etc. for specific occasions.

Online gas Analysis system in Power Plant Furnace
Online gas Analysis system in Power Plant Furnace SPS-200

With the strict national environmental protection policies, low nitrogen combustion design has led to severe oxygen deficiency in the main combustion zone, strong reducing atmosphere in the wall adhering zone, and widespread high-temperature corrosion of water-cooled walls in coal-fired boilers. Based on the actual combustion situation of the boiler, the mutual influence between flue gas CO and operating conditions, as well as high-temperature corrosion, is obtained. Based on online monitoring of flue gas CO concentration, a high-temperature corrosion online monitoring system is designed, to fulfill further combustion optimization.

Testing Workstation for core components in steady gas environment
Testing Workstation for core components in steady gas environment CCS-100

The SIGAS CCS-100 Testing Workstation can accommodate the necessary number of specific-functional components (or module cores) in a sealed chamber. This chamber is equipped with customized batch tooling and fixtures. By filling the box with the specified atmospheric gases, the CCS-100 workstation is able to dynamically maintain the required concentration of the environment. It can also accurately adjust parameters such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, and others in the chamber. The internal environment of the CCS-100 workstation is controlled to maintain a specified concentration while continuously testing the work-pieces at regular intervals. This ensures that the performance parameters of the final products manufactured in mass production are checked.
