With the strict national environmental protection policies, low nitrogen combustion design has led to severe oxygen deficiency in the main combustion zone, strong reducing atmosphere in the wall adhering zone, and widespread high-temperature corrosion of water-cooled walls in coal-fired boilers. Based on the actual combustion situation of the boiler, the mutual influence between flue gas CO and operating conditions, as well as high-temperature corrosion, is obtained. Based on online monitoring of flue gas CO concentration, a high-temperature corrosion online monitoring system is designed, to fulfill further combustion optimization.
