The SIGAS CCS-100 Testing Workstation can accommodate the necessary number of specific-functional components (or module cores) in a sealed chamber. This chamber is equipped with customized batch tooling and fixtures. By filling the box with the specified atmospheric gases, the CCS-100 workstation is able to dynamically maintain the required concentration of the environment. It can also accurately adjust parameters such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, and others in the chamber. The internal environment of the CCS-100 workstation is controlled to maintain a specified concentration while continuously testing the work-pieces at regular intervals. This ensures that the performance parameters of the final products manufactured in mass production are checked.
